When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A binding contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, such as in the event of pricing errors or limited stock availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to Return:
Email us at chalumu@mail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you a returns label and instructions.
Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected

Original delivery costs are non-refundable

Return postage may be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and include a photo if possible. We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Sale Items:
Sale or discounted items may be returned for store credit only, unless faulty.
7. Cancellations
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery. To cancel before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process outlined above.
