HOW IT WORKS
Pause and reach for the necklace
When you feeel anxious, overwhelmed, or drawn toward a craving, gently hold your necklace.
Take a slow breath in
Inhale gently through your nose for 4 seconds. Feel the air enter your lungs. Let your shoulders stay soft.
Exhale slowly and fully
Breathe out through the pendant for 6 seconds, releasing tension with the breath.
Repeat the cycle 2-4 times
Keep holding your necklace as an anchor. Let each breath slow your body, calm your thoughts and ease your urges

During moments of stress, cravings or restlessness. Before sleep, meetings, or difficult conversations. As a daily mindfulness ritual, even when you feel okay
