Yes, simply email us at natasha@chalumu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you a returns label and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

All orders are shipped with tracked UK delivery and usually arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. At the moment we only ship in the UK but we are hoping to expand to the EU and US soon.
