HOW TO USE
1. Inhale - Take a slow, steady breath in through your nose for 4 seconds
2. Exhale- Breathe out gently through the necklace for 6-8 seconds, letting the airflow slow your breathing naturally.

3. Repeat- Continue for 1-2 minutes until you feel your body relax.

Hi, I’m Natasha — Co-founder of ChaLuMu.
I smoked for 30 years, then switched to vaping thinking it was the healthier option. It wasn’t.
I tried all sorts to give up — nothing worked.
Then, almost out of desperation, I tried a breathwork necklace. Honestly, I was sceptical… but it worked. FAST.
I just wanted something beautiful. The same tool that helped me quit — but one that looked good and felt good to wear.
