Research shows your brain can only fully focus on one thing at a time. When anxiety hits, it can feel all-consuming, with overthinking and overwhelm taking over.

When you shift your full attention to your breathing using a ChaLuMu necklace, your focus moves away from anxious thoughts and onto a steady rhythm you can control.

This change in focus, combined with slower, controlled breathing, helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s natural calming response. As this happens, cortisol levels begin to reduce and your body starts to move out of fight or flight.

You can use it:

• When anxiety starts to build
• During moments of overwhelm or racing thoughts
• In stressful situations like work, travel or social settings
• Any time you need to pause and steady yourself

When you notice anxiety starting to rise, bring the necklace to your lips.

•  Breathe in gently through your nose.
• Breathe out slowly through the necklace.
• Repeat for a few breaths until your body begins to settle.

You can use a ChaLuMu Necklace anywhere and anytime you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally overstimulated.

Most people use it for a few moments at a time, as often as needed throughout the day.

With regular use, many people find it becomes a natural tool they reach for during stressful moments, helping create a pause before anxiety escalates.
